It seems that our terms and conditions are too long for you to read, or to complex for
you to understand.

So in layman’s terms, this is the summary:

1. Booking Policy
All bookings are final and cannot be rescheduled or changed under any circumstances. Be certain of your selected date and time before booking, as there will be no rescheduling allowed.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event qualify for a 70% refund.
Cancellations within 14 days receive no refund. Deposits are non-refundable and
non-transferable.

3. No Shows
Failure to attend the scheduled booking results in an automatic forfeiture of the payment with no refund issued.

4. Studio Policies
All clients must adhere to our studio regulations, which include a strict no food, drinks
(except water), or smoking policy. This includes the clause: no decorations can be installed inside the studio, or around the studio premises, unless explicitly mentioned by the management through our WhatsApp channel. Violations will result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

5. Liability for Damages
Any damage to studio property will result in full financial liability for the client. Charges will reflect the cost of repair or replacement, with no negotiation.

6. Event Termination
Menjadi Sadar crew, or management, reserves the right to terminate any event that violates our standards or policies. This may occur without prior notice, and no refunds will be issued.

Great! Let’s get you started. You can select the studios and select the available dates from this page . Once you have selected a studio and a date, you can select the options for that particular studio to upclass your event. Follow the steps and pay the invoice, and you’re good to go!

Yes, setup time is included in your rental duration.

Yes, all studios are designed for group activities such as yoga, workshops, and gatherings.

Any event can be cancelled by sending a cancellation request via email to:
menjadisadar.id@gmail.com or contact our admin whastapp. A response from our management will reconfirm your request to cancel an event. In this confirmation step, the management will request several information to verify your identity so that your cancellation request can be processed.

Our normal operating hours span from 07:00 to 18:00. 

You will need to extend your booking before your event is over. You may be able to extend your booking if the studio is still available. You will be charged the studio hourly rental rate, the overtime charges if any, along with the add-ons you selected for this time extension.
We have a list of music instruments that you can rent. Some of the features are already included in the studio, so you can check the studio add-ons to know more about the details of renting studio equipments. Please note that each studio is unique and its add-ons may differ from one studio to the next.

All events are subject to approval by Menjadi Sadar management. During the booking process, you have the option to make your event public. If selected, your event will be featured on the home page, accompanied by a small popup detailing the event and a button linking to your PIC.

Please note that not all events can be designated as public. Menjadi Sadar management reserves the right to withhold or decline bookings, as well as to modify the event type if it is determined that the event does not comply with the studio’s terms and conditions.

Using TransJakarta:
Board a bus on Corridor 6 towards Ragunan or any feeder bus on the same route. Alight at the Jati Barat bus stop and exit to the right, away from the school. Then, walk approximately 150 meters north towards Pejaten to find the entrance to Tanah Teduh.

Using KAI Commuter Line:
Take any train passing through the Pasar Minggu Lama station. From there, Tanah Teduh is about 1,5 kilometers away. You can take transport routes to the Jati Padang bus stop or gojek/grab to arrive at Tanah Teduh.

Using MRT:
Disembark at the Cipete Raya station. From there, you can opt for transport services like Gojek, Grab, a taxi, or other shared vehicle services to reach Tanah Teduh.

Yes, there are parking spaces in ruang komunal menjadi sadar for both cars and motorcycles. Parking is free, however the spaces are limited, our garage fit 6 cars and 4 motorcycle. Our crew may not be around to assist you, so please follow the road signs and turn off your vehicle once you have parked. We are not responsible for your vehicle’s security, so please check your belongings and secure your vehicle.

No. Eating inside the studio is strictly prohibited. We want to keep the studio as clean as possible and taking food inside the studio may invite bugs. You can only consume clean distilled water inside the studio. If it’s not water, you can’t consume it in the studio.
Definitely not. You can only smoke under the tree in front waterfall. Smoking or vaping inside the studio (or around studio premises where not smoking is not allowed) is strictly prohibited. Smoking areas are already provided, please keep our air clean.
Ruang Aman Menjadi Sadar and Tanah Teduh is in essence a different entity, however unified with a single image. Tanah Teduh is housing compound and ruang aman menjadi sadar is basically inside the housing compound and owning by one of founder menjadi sadar, there’s no a form of partnership between two business, that not complements each other.
Each studio has an indicative maximum capacity, which is based on the assumption that individuals are either standing still or engaging in activities that do not require much space. However, if your event involves activities that need more room for movement, such as dancing, the capacity will be reduced accordingly.
