Booking Request

Booking requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Site Visit

Site visits are available before booking during the following hours:

• Wednesday: 07:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 07:00 – 11:00 and 13:00 – 17:00

Please contact our team to schedule your visit.

Deposit (DP)

A deposit must be paid within 30 minutes after the invoice is issued to secure your booking. Bookings will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the specified time.

Full Payment

• For bookings made 7 days or more before the reservation date, full payment must be completed no later than 7 days before the booking date.
• For bookings made less than 7 days in advance, full payment (100%) is required immediately.

Expired Payment

Late payment will cause the payment link to expire, and the booking will be cancelled automatically.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must comply with our rescheduling policy and may only be made once, subject to space availability.

7. No Show

Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the booking being forfeited without refund, and the account may be blacklisted from making future reservations.

8. Weather Conditions – Waterfall Outdoor

If weather conditions, particularly rain, are unfavorable on the day of the event, Ruang Aman may offer the use of an indoor area as an alternative. The use of the indoor area is subject to room availability and indoor capacity at the time.

The indoor area has a maximum capacity of 18 pax. Therefore, Ruang Aman cannot guarantee that all participants from an outdoor reservation can be accommodated indoors if the number of participants exceeds this capacity.

Studio Address

The studio address may not be used for receiving or storing goods from third parties without prior approval from Ruang Aman Menjadi Sadar.

Loading & Setup

Due to limited on-site staff, all loading, unloading, and event setup must be carried out independently by the renter.

Rental Duration

Setup and cleanup time are included in the rental period. Any use beyond the reserved time will be subject to overtime charges.

Cleanliness

The studio must be vacated on time and left clean, with all personal belongings and waste removed before departure.

Decorations & Studio Property

Furniture, studio equipment, decorations, or any property may not be moved, modified, or installed without prior approval. Any activity that may damage the walls, floors, furniture, or other facilities is strictly prohibited.

Indoor Rules

• Shoes are not permitted inside the studio.
• Food and beverages are only allowed in the pantry area.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property.

Pets

Pets are only permitted in outdoor areas, must remain on a leash at all times, and owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

8. Parking

Complimentary parking is available in front of the studio for up to six cars. For everyone's convenience, we recommend that participants use the drop-off system or online transportation services.

Prohibited Items

Weapons, alcoholic beverages, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Special Permission

Moving studio property, installing decorations or booths, commercial filming, drone operation, and other special activities require prior written approval from management.

Overnight Storage

Overnight storage is available at a charge of IDR 100,000 per night.

Storage must be confirmed with the Admin in advance, and the renter must complete the storage form before any items are left for storage.

Rescheduling Request

Reservations may only be rescheduled once.

Request Deadline

Requests must be submitted no later than 10 days before the reservation date.

Approval

All rescheduling requests are subject to space availability and require approval from Ruang Aman Menjadi Sadar.

New Reservation

Once approved, the new reservation must be completed through our website following the standard booking procedure.

Overtime Charges

Any use of the studio beyond the reserved rental period will incur overtime charges.

Minimum Billing

Overtime is calculated from the first 30 minutes. Any overtime between 5 and 30 minutes will be charged as a full 30-minute period.

Billing Interval

After the initial 30 minutes, overtime charges are calculated in additional 30-minute increments.

Overtime Rate

Overtime is charged at 50% of the hourly rental rate for every additional 30-minute period.
